Abstract

Research on a policy to expand the measurement locations of meteorological data nationwide is underway; further, various attempts to improve measurement accuracy have been made. This study quantitatively compared and analyzed the changes in meteorological data for six regions, including Corner 4 (Incheon, Gangneung, Mokpo, and Busan), Daejeon (central location), and Seoul (selected as symbolic representative locations). The results provided details of solar insolation, dry-bulb temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, cloud cover, and duration of sunshine.
